Because many of our items are handmade or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color/style selection. Please review all product details and selections carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Little Ooie as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be eligible for an approved return or replacement.

Personalized or custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Because made-to-order items may enter production quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
