Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Little Ooie purchase! If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Because many Little Ooie items are handmade or made to order, personalized and custom items are final sale. Items eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order.
